***IMPORTANT COVID REGULATION***
- Please do not come if you're feeling ill/sick.
- All spectators and players must wear masks except for those playing matches on court, but will be required to put masks back on as they leave court to use the restroom, report scores and when they arrive for check-in.
- Player +1 on-site only
- Please maintain a minimum distance of 6 ft from one another.
- Players and spectators leave the site once the match is complete once they have reported their match score.
- All scores will be entered online only. We will not be posting scores on paper draws at the sites.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, November 13, 2020 11:59:00 PM Arizona Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
