Doubles Deadline and Info:
DEADLINE - TUESDAY,
NOVEMBER 26 at 1:00 PM ET
• All players selected for singles will be selected into the draw as long as they have a partner.
• If you sign up online without a partner, you will be paired with another
player who has no partner, if you don't notify us otherwise.
• There will be no "doubles only" selections. Alternates may
participate in doubles if space is available.
• We are not authorized to provide player information to other parents /
players - please check online for a list of players not yet paired.
Doubles pairings may be emailed to Andreasanders4@yahoo.com-
please include both players USTA numbers. Pairings not received by the Nov 26 deadline will be automatically paired.

Order of Play: Friday 11/29/19
Each day we will start with Doubles first starting at 8:00 am. Singles matches will follow after doubles matches are complete. On Friday, we will be playing the following in order: Doubles First Round, Main Draw (2 Rounds), Consolation (1 Round)

Thursday, November 28th Practice Courts:
We will have 8 courts available for practice on Thursday, November 28th from 6:00 am- 10:00 am and then Noon-3:00 pm. Courts can be booked for $16 per hour/per court. We will allow up to 4 players per court.

Player Check-In:
All players need to check in 30 minutes before their first round match. Please allow enough time to get to the club due to holiday shopping that will occur at malls very close to the club.

Match and Draw Format:
• Main Draw Singles (including play off for 3rd & 4th place): Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets • Feed-In Championship Matches and Quarterfinal Playoff Matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set; regular scoring. • Doubles Matches: Single elimination (playoff for 3rd & 4th Place) 8 Game Pro Set with a 7-Point Tiebreak at 7-7l; No-ad scoring Consolation is mandatory and will be played to completion.

Practice Courts During the Tournament:
Prior to play each day, we will have 16 courts available for free. There will be no reservations for this time and courts will have four players per court. Once play begins, we will have four courts available for $16 per hour/per court. Players can reserve practice courts at front desk.

On Site Trainer:
There will be a trainer on site during all times of competitive play.

Hotels & Restaurants:
We are in a great location on the north side of Indianapolis. We have 12 Hotels, 33 Restaurants and a major shopping mall within three minutes of the club. Hotel rates range from $100-$200 per night.

Primary Site Location:
The main tournament site location will be at Indianapolis Racquet Club (8249 Dean Road. Indianapolis, IN 46240. 317-849-2531). We are 30+ miles for the Indianapolis Airport. We will have 16 courts at this location. We will be using 12 for the tournament and the remainder will be used for practice courts.

Additional Amenities at Primary Site:
We were voted 2015 ITA Retailer of the Year. Players, parents and coaches will have access to free parking, on site stringing, apparel and equipment sales. Each player will receive a 15% off coupon. All guests will have access to our Fitness Center that has cardio machines, TRX equipment, etc.

Official Ball:
OFFICIAL BALLWilson US Open Regular Duty will be the ball used.

Concurrent Entry Into Eddie Herr ITF and National Indoor Championships:
The Eddie Herr ITF and the
National Indoor Championships have overlapping dates, which makes them concurrent events. Players are permitted to
register for both events (permission from both Tournament Directors is not
required), but players may NOT participate in both events. Players who registered for and
are selected for both tournaments (qualifying or main draw) must notify the
Tournament Committees of which tournament they would like to participate in
by November 15th. Players who withdraw from one event to
participate in the other after the date of November 15th , or who apply for and
receive wildcards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the
other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another
tournament. Players may not participate in both events.

Players are selected from a variety of National Lists and generally require Section endorsement.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 31, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
