Classification and Evaluation

If a player does not have a classification on the Circuit they must send a short video of playing tennis to the TAP World Committee (contacto@fundaciontap.com) in order to be evaluated. The video needs to show forward, backward and sideway movement. Check out the TAP Tour link for more info

Players-To enter this tournament you must have a USTA membership or USTA account see below as to how to set up that account (at no charge) so you can enter. Go to this login screen: https://tennislink.usta.com/Dashboard/Main/Signup.aspx Create Your USTA Account Under: "Do you play in a USTA program (Team Tennis, USTA Flex Leagues, Tournaments) without a "USTA membership" click on "CREATE ACCOUNT". On the next screen, choose "I am new to TennisLink and want to create a new account". Click "Next". Follow the directions on the next screen to create the account. Once your account is created in TennisLink, you will be able to enter the tournament online more info

Notes

New Format: All singles matches will be best two out of three sets with no-add scoring and 10 point tiebreaker for 3rd set. Draws will be either Compass draws of 8 players or Round Robin of 4-5 players depending on number of entries. Depending on strength of player will determine which draw they will be placed. For example A-1 and A draws will have multiple draws according to strength of players

Doubles-we will be offering doubles this year and you register on line with your partner. If you do not have a partner but want to play please let Cindy Benzon know at benzon@texas.usta.com. There is an additional fee of $15.00 per person for the doubles.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
