16 GIRLS DOUBLES PARTNERSHIPS
All 16's doubles players..... we received many entries that were not confirmed by both players. In order to for a partnership to be accepted both players must either register before the entry deadline indicating each other as partners OR email the tournament director by the noon on the Monday before the tournament, again both players must confirm the partnership. The rationale behind this is to prevent players from registering with a partner that has no intention of playing with them. Due to so many incorrect entered partnership we are moving the 16's doubles to the second weekend to allow all players time to confirm partnerships. The new deadline to confirm partners is noon Monday June 10th.
