"The section will continue to select teams and hire coaches to represent USTA/Midwest Section; however, with this new federal law, USTA/Midwest Section coaches will not be supervising players at any time while off court. If your player is selected on a team, a parent/legal guardian must be present. If a parent/legal guardian is not able to attend and their player needs to travel with another guardian, this is not permitted unless otherwise agreed to by the minor athlete’s parent/legal guardian’s written consent in advance of EACH competition. A consent form will be provided to all players selected on a team and must be completed and sent to the USTA/Midwest Section office prior to the event."

Selections will be made by the end of business July 3rd.

Medical release forms must be turned into Olivia Pursell at the USTA/Midwest Section by mail, email, or fax no later than Saturday, July 1st. Mail to:

The USTA/Midwest Section will endorse 24 boys and 24 girls to the event. The USTA/Midwest Section teams have been assigned to Oklahoma City, OK. Players will be endorsed based on the most recent Boys or Girls 16's Midwest Standings List.
