Virtual Tournament Desk Registration **MANDATORY FOR ALL

In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis
App's Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate
CDC best practices.
In order to compete in this event, all competitors MUST paste
the below link in their browser to load the MatchAPP to fill out
the check-in form, and sign the waiver for this tournament and
use to check in for matches.

NOTE: IF A JUNIOR OR ADULT ONLY PLAYS PARENT CHILD DOUBLES, THE
FEE PER PERSON IS 25.00 PER PLAYER. DUE TO SYSTEM LIMITATIONS IT
WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU THE SECOND EVENT DOUBLES PRICE OF $9.00 WHEN
ENTERING. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE
BALANCE/DIFFERENCE( $16.00)
PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST MATCH ON SITE AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK. ALSO
PARENTS AND JUNIORS CAN ONLY PLAY IN ONE PARENT CHILD EVENT. THANK
YOU.
**Players are limited to two events which have to be
one singles and one doubles. If a player is playing a family
doubles event they are not allowed to play in a junior doubles
event in addition OR A SECOND PARENT CHILD EVENT. All doubles
matches in the juniors will be 8 gam pro sets. Family doubles
matches will be two 6 game sets with a tiebreaker for the 3rd
set.
Players are responsible for checking the draw times throughout the
tournament for changes in match times. Some times are not posted
due to unknown opponents and conflicting events. Check the schedule
of play often. Alternate sites may be used during the tournament at
any time.
**Adult players are limited to two events which have to be one
singles and one doubles or two doubles if it includes a parent
child event. If a adult player is playing a parent child doubles
and you wish to play a second event in the adult tournament you are
asked to enter as your child's partner on the junior site. If you
want to play a second event in conjunction with a parent child
event you will enter that second event on the adult site and pay
the first event fee.

EVERYONE IS GUARANTEED TWO MATCHES.
-All players should be ready to play at 4pm Friday
**Tournament Director reserves the right to shorten format and
scoring due to inclement weather.**

Welcome To The 23rd Annual T.J. Spurling Jr. Hardcourt Tennis Classic presented by Raines Hospitality. This tournament has been held since 1996 in memorial to T.J. Spurling a Florence SC Junior Tennis Player and West Florence High School Letterman. Through the Spurling family many have been introduced to the game of tennis that may not have been otherwise. We appreciate their generous support in keeping T.J.s memory and impact on the sport of tennis alive.
