Please know that if you live outside of the San Fernando Valley and its surrounding areas you will need to travel to those areas to play the weekly matches. This is a pilot program and we are to make it easy and fun to play good tennis. If you need more details please ask.

Order of Play: 2pm Court 1: Mixed Doubles Consolation Final Followed by: Men’s Doubles Final Followed by: Men’s Singles Final
2pm Court 2: Men’s Singles Consolation Final Followed by: Mixed Doubles Final Followed by: Women’s Singles Final

Players who are rated at the 4.5 will have priority. Players below level will be placed in the draw if space is available after all 4.5 players are placed.

Notes
First EVER USTA Flex IT Tournament
Who's Eligible: 4.5 MS, 4.5 WS, 4.5 MD, 4.5 WD, 4.5 Mxd -
Max 32 entries per event - First come first serve.....Sign up
today. Only 32 spots available per division.
Trophies: There will be trophies and prizes for the top finishers
in the main draw and the consolation draw.
Play - Begins week of 4/8/19. Players will have one week
to coordinate and complete each round leading to the final.
Players can set up their own matches according to their schedules,
however it is strongly encouraged to complete matches ASAP within
the week. The Finals of the main draw and the consolation draw
will be played on Sunday 5.19 at Braemar Country Club.
The Championship Final will be filmed and a copy will be given to
each finalist.
Where: Matches can be played at any mutually agreed upon
location between the players. Final to be played on the marquee
courts at Braemar Country Club on May 19th. Make sure to save
the date regardless as we will be having a player party on the
tennis deck while we watch the Finals for each division. This party
is for tournament participants, friends, and family.
**All players are encouraged to work together to agree on a
date, time, and location to play all early round matches. In the
rare event players cannot agree, they are to contact the tournament
director immediately to find a resolution. The tournament director
will work with both players to find a suitable solution but will
ultimately have the final ruling.
Format: Best two out of three sets with regular scoring. USTA Rules
apply.
