SUNDAY MIAMI MARATHON- TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Hello Everyone, due to the MIAMI MARATHON, please take extra time on your travel's to arrive on time for your match. If your normal travel time is 30-60 mins expect it to be at least 2 or 3 times longer to get here. Thank you for your understanding. The bridge to key Biscayne is open but only one lane to get over in and out traffic. Thank you for your understanding.

Medical Release Form
All players MUST turn in a medical waiver prior to their first
match signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to play in this
event. Please print off and complete the USTA Medical Release Form
prior to arrival at

Match Balls-Wilson US OPen will be used, these are available
for sale in the pro shop prior to the tournament.

On Site Alternates
If you want to be an onsite alternate please check in at least 15
minutes before the first match starts. If a spot becomes available
players will be selected using the original alternate list not by
the order in which players check in.
DRAW FORMAT
- The singles draw shall have 32 players; the doubles draw shall
have 16 teams.
- The singles draw have a Feed-In Consolation (FIC) that feeds
players in through the Round of 16. The FIC shall be played to
completion. The FIC shall be considered part of the tournament and
participation is mandatory for all singles players. There will be a
play off for 5/6 for the quarter final losers, but no 7/8
match.
- The main draw singles draw shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th
place.
Match Format
Singles; Best 2 of 3 tiebreak sets with a Match Tiebreak in lieu of
a 3rd set, regular scoring.
The singles draw is a full feed-in through the round of
16.Consolation is mandatory and will be played to completion.
Doubles; 8-game pro set with a tiebreak at 8 games all, no-ad
scoring.
Doubles draw is single elimination with a playoff for 3rd/4th
place

All Singles finalists and champions of the February National Level
2 will automatically qualify for the same age division of the
National Spring Championships (aka The Easter Bowl). Players must
still register for the National Spring Championships in order to be

Collegiate Exposure Camps by IMRecruitable summer series will
take place at Upenn and Yale University this summer. These camps
are designed for competitive players grades 8-12 interested in
playing college tennis. The camps
are taught exclusively by college coaches. Catch the early bird

Registration opens Friday 5-7pm and Saturday before first match
at 8am.
Practice courts 5-7pm - 4 courts
Doubles play first 8am Saturday

Stringing costs $20 with your string from Saturday 8am
onwards.
Local food sites one mile from site- Subway and
Dominos
Draws will be online Friday afternoon.
Entry fees can be paid onsite $115 with a credit card or cash,
payment must be paid before going on the court. Thank you for your
understanding.
Please be advised on Sunday will be the Miami Marathon, the
tournament may start later in the day. Due to traffic and closure
of streets etc....more info later Saturday
