Thanks to those who came and helped us dry courts...we were hopeful we'd have a window of time to play. Mother nature just didn't want to play along today. I regret that we were not able to complete the event. Safe travels to you all and best of luck on the tennis court.

There is still no moisture falling and a few parents are assisting the TD in prepping the courts for play to begin at 4:30 using shortened sets.

Your Tournament Director is squeegeeing courts in a valiant attempt to get this tournament played. He could use some help if you're willing to join in the Squeegee Party.

The weather forecast is grim and mother nature isn't cooperating. Doubles would have to play much too late tonight so the decision to cancel doubles is now official as of 12:30 p.m. 2/10/20.

3/4 place playoffs are considered main draw and are not yet canceled, nor is any main draw or doubles.

All draws have been rescheduled.
G16s Main and Consolation draws will be at St. Stephen's (this includes 3/4 place playoff, 5/6th and consolation draw
B16s Main only will play at St. Stephens, along with the 3/4 place playoff and 5/6th place

A message will be posted on this homepage when ALL MATCHES FROM TODAY AND TOMORROW HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED. It's going to take me a little while, so please be patient. Your Referee, me (Vickie) is working as fast as I can.

If we are unable to play matches by 3:00 p.m., the TD has informed me that match play will be canceled for today with Nationals blessing. ALL events will hope to resume play on Monday, 2/10/20 at 8:00 a.m. using shortened formats in consolation draws. Main draw format remains the same with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. NO DRAWS WILL BE CANCELED TODAY. We will play as much as we can tomorrow...

Notification of inclement weather and any match delays will be noted on this tournament homepage. Please check here BEFORE you leave for your match sites on Sunday morning as we are anticipating possible weather issues.

There is no allowed parking for tournament players at the courts. Please park at the SS Gymnasium for the tourney. There is a short hike uphill to the courts so please be sure to bring everything with you.

Players please have your medical release form ready to provide at tournament registration. This is to be completed BEFORE you play your first tournament match this weekend. more info

Players who remain unpaired as of noon Thursday, Feb. 6th will be paired by National Rankings. Please notify me of your doubles partner at Vickietennisnut@austin.rr.com prior to noon Feb. 6th.

Tournament registration is strongly encouraged on Friday, Feb. 7th between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at St. Stephen's. It is NOT MANDATORY, but preferred. If you are unable to attend Friday registration, please plan to arrive early enough to St. Stephen's to check in PRIOR to your Saturday match time. If you play at Westlake HS on Saturday and have not been able to register at St. Stephens please bring your medical release form signed to Westlake HS and hand it to our site Director prior to your first match.

Final round match times may be changed on Monday depending on the competitors involved in the various events.
