- Singles matches will begin on Saturday morning with finals on Monday.
- 64 Draw with a Curtis Consolation Draw. 1st and 2nd round losers will go into Consolation #1. Losers of the round of 16 and quarter finals will feed into Consolation # 2. If draws are 47 or less, a full feed in, through the round of 16 will be played, with a quarter final playoff. There will be no 7th/8th Playoff.
- Main draw scoring for G/B 14s-18s will be best 2 out of 3 sets. All playoffs and Consolation scoring formats will be 2 of 3 sets with match tie break in lieu of third set. G/B 12’s Main draw, Consolations and playoffs will play 2 out of 3 sets with a Match tie break in lieu of a third set.
- A 3rd/4th playoff shall be played

Friday - all 60 courts will be open for practice at no charge for participants at the Mobile Tennis Center - First come/First Serve, No reservations.
If you come before noon, please check in at the desk and ask where you may practice. After noon, you may practice on any open court.

Saturday and Sunday - All 60 courts are available for practice, first come - first served UNTIL 7:30 AM. AT 7:25 AM AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR YOU TO EXIT THE COURTS BY 7:30. EVERYONE MUST EXIT SO THE MAINTENANCE STAFF CAN SPRAY THE BENCHES BEFORE 8:00 MATCHES.
We will have at least 8 practice courts open throughout the day. Courts 1 -8 are the practice courts.
If there is not a high demand for practice courts, we may possibly allow coaches on the court. If it is busy, only players will be allowed on the practice courts.
Bring your own practice balls marked with your initials.
There will be a staff person monitoring the practice courts. If that person tells you only players, DO NOT argue with them.
There will be a maintenance person to spray benches after use.

Please only use above site phone numbers for directions or emergencies. All information will be posted at the main site and the website. Any withdrawals need to be handled at the main site in person - no phone calls.

The Mobile Tennis Center uses conduct rules above and beyond those enforced by the USTA. Players participating in tournaments at the facilities identified are required to abide by these facility rules of behavior on and off of the court. These rules also apply to parents, coaches, siblings, and other guests of the players.
The list below indicates the Facility Behavior Rules:
* No use of the word "suck" or any form of the word spoken or spelled.
* No use of expressions of frustrations with references to deities (i.e. "Oh My God", "Jesus", "Jesus Christ", "Christ", "God") either spoken or spelled
* No use of "freaking", "frigging", or "fricking" or variations of such words either spoken or spelled
* No Smoking anywhere on the premises. Premises includes parking lots, bathrooms, and anywhere within 30 feet of a tennis court.
Verbal rules apply to any language. We have officials on sight that are fluent in many languages Anyone found in violation of these rules may be subject to a Code Violation and receive suspension points

Fort the Boys:
* Any T-shirts worn must be plain or tennis related
* No underwear should be visible above waist band or below hemline
* Shirts must be worn at all times
* Shorts must be worn appropriately above pelvic bones
* Sleeveless shirts are acceptable if made that way - no cutoffs
For the Girls:
* Any T-shirts must be plain or tennis related
* Compression shorts must be fully covered with a skirt or dress. Also known as "shorties" or "booty shorts" are not allowed to be worn without being covered
* Skirts and shorts must be worn appropriately above the pelvic bones
* The bottom of your Shirt must touch the top of your Skirt or Short while standing upright-shoulders back; this means do not roll down your skirts or shorts. Trust us when we tell you that your equipment (skirt or short) is not working properly during play when rolled

Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline:
Go to the Tournament website, under "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen, select "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then select "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself.
Withdrawal After Entry Deadline:
Immediately contact the tournament to withdraw from the tournament. You must fax or email your withdrawal. DO NOT call to withdraw. The email is tennismobile@gmail.com and the fax is (251) 208-5195. There are no refunds.
Defaulting during the tournament:
You must text 251-510-0113 or email tennismobile@gmail.com to withdraw during the tournament.

Please make sure your fee has been paid. There will be several Credit Card Failures and Late Entries who will have to pay the entry fee. We do not accept checks. CALL IN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
Call the Tournament Phone at 251-510-0113 only, This mobile phone is only used by the tournament director. On the voicemail, you can leave your credit card number, expiration date, CVV code on the back of card, and the zip code of the billing address. I will text you once the card has been processed and then delete the voicemail.

We do have a Fully Stocked Pro Shop at the Mobile Tennis Center. Everything is marked low and you get a tournament discount of 20% off all merchandise except racquet accessories.

There will be a Stringer at the Mobile Tennis Center during the tournament. Cost with your own string is $18. We also have a large string inventory if you do not have your own.

Two trainers will be on site at the Mobile Tennis Center during matches. By law, trainers are not allowed to distribute any medicine. Please bring your own Tylenol, Advil, Sinus Medicine, Epi Pens, etc.
Please note: The trainer has a lot of ground to cover with on-court issues and many people to see off the court. They are not there to give massages due to limited time and lack of privacy; but, they will advise you on various techniques you or your parents can do. Also, there is a science to applying Kinesiology Tape due to a specific diagnosis. Without the diagnosis from a doctor, the trainers will not apply this type tape. If you require this type tape due to a pre-existing injury, please learn how to tape before the tournament.

This Level 2 Tournament in Mobile, AL was scheduled for October and postponed due to Hurricane Delta.
--It is now rescheduled for November 14-16, 2020 using this same Tournament Homepage and ID.
--The Original Applicants will remain. If you need to withdraw or change your age division, you will have to do this through this page. I do not have the access to do it for you.
--The Original Applicants will get priority status in selections. Some of you applied for 2 age divisions, I will post the original selection list so you see which age division you will be playing.
--New applicants will be selected by the latest Southern Standings behind the Original Applicants. Again, when the selection list is posted, you can see how many spots are open to know your chances of being selected. I will update this list once a week starting on 10/14 if any of the original applicants withdraw.

10/6/20 1:30 pm - Due to Hurricane Delta, we will not be having this tournament on 10/10-12/2020. No selections have been made and no one has been charged. We are waiting for USTA Southern to respond with an alternate date to host the tournament. Once we receive an alternate date, we will post that information here and there will probably be another tournament ID for you to register.

10/6/20 9:00 am - We have received the Selection List from Southern. We are waiting to make the selections and process the credit cards until we get a more information on Hurricane Delta. The models are showing it going to the Louisiana Coast. The more west it goes, the less rain for us on Saturday and the forecast is showing a dry Sunday. We are still going over options until we get more clarity on the direction.
If you want to withdraw, you may send an email and if we make selections you will not be selected or charged.
10/5/2020 10:00 am 2020 Just keeps on giving. So there are two tropical storms in the Gulf. The models show one coming in around 1:00 am Friday, not directly to us but it will bring rain mostly Thursday and Friday. The forecast is a small chance of rain on Saturday and even less on Sunday. This is more than a favorable forecast for our tournament. However, the two storms potentially coming together may be very good or very bad. No one knows at this point until there is a little more movement. We will not make selections before Tuesday and will consult with USTA Southern before we do. As things change, we will keep you posted. For those of you flying, you may want to contact the airlines to see if they are making any adjustments for Friday Flights - they probably have not made any decisions yet because no one knows.

10/3/2020: We will have more info coming. As of Saturday, there were only 250 applicants. Our protocols for 250 and 500 are very different. Monday, we will update this website with a lot of information including: How many guests may attend, Site(s), Player Responsibilities, Covid Restrictions etc.
