WARM UP AND PRACTICE COURTS.

Warm-up courts are available at the below locations and times:
Wesleyan University -
Thursday morning starting at 7am (8 courts available), Friday morning 9:30- 10:30am (16 courts available), Saturday morning prior to 9:30am (16 courts
available).
Quinnipiac University
- Friday all day, Saturday all day, and Sunday until 10:30am. (6 courts
available).
Pat Kidney Sports
Complex - Sunday 7am - 6pm (4 courts available).

not designated practice courts and are public.
Berlin High School and Rocky Hill High School.

Notes:

We ask you to use a half court for warm-up when others are waiting.

We also ask parents to allow players to warm-up together. If there are players
waiting to warm-up, allow them to hop on the court with your child.

Practice courts will not be monitored by USTA, New England.

PLAYER PARTY BBQ: SATURDAY 5 TO 7PM
New This Year: A player BBQ will take place on Saturday 6/22 from 5pm to 7pm ET. All players will receive a meal ticket at check-in. All Parents and siblings are welcome. Opportunity to buy additional meal tickets for family members will be available.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT INFO
Draws are limited to 24 players (including the 4 qualifiers) and are Feed-in-Championship (FIC) through Round of 16. Semifinal losers playoff for third place; Quarterfinal losers playoff for fifth place; FIC winner finishes ninth place.

OFFICIATING COVERAGE
USTA OFFICIALS WILL BE ROVING AND MONITORING ON AND OFF COURT. POOR SPORTSMANSHIP BY PLAYERS, PARENTS, AND COACHES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN CODE VIOLATIONS (AND SUSPENSION POINTS). PARENTS AND COACHES ARE TO HAVE NO INTERACTION (BEYOND APPLAUSE) WITH PLAYERS.

The main draw awards L3 National and New England points per
round.
In extreme heat/humidity/rain conditions matches may be required to
use a shortened score format (example: match tiebreak in lieu of a
third set.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 9, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
