INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN
We have two indoor courts for use throughout the tournament at
Crane Creek. Even if it looks like rain players need to show up to
their scheduled site location. The Site Director will notify
players if it is a wait it out situation, if players need to come
back at a later time or if their matches have been moved. Please
note, that if inclement weather occurs the following steps will be
taken to ensure that we complete the tournament:
(STEP 1) MAIN DRAW match play will continue as best two-out-of-3
sets with a 10-point tiebreaker for the third set and CONSOLATION
match play will be reduced to an 8-game proset.
(STEP 2) Step 1 will apply & no-ad scoring will be implemented
to all main & consolation draws.
(STEP 3) MAIN DRAW match play will be reduced to an 8-game no-ad
proset and back draws will be cancelled.
