TOURNAMENT INFO
Please confirm using the draw or with the tournament desk the location of your match. We will be using two sites: Eck Tennis Pavilion (ECK) and the South Bend Racquet Club (SBRC).
We are not able to provide a trainer on site. Please bring all equipment (tape, foam roller, etc.) you may need with you. There will be an ice machine and bags available at the Eck Tennis Pavilion for all players.
The referee will be available for Q&A at least 30 minutes before the start of play each day.

Most GPS systems recognize "Eck Tennis Pavilion" when you are searching for the site. If that does not come up, please use the following address to find the site:

SOUTH BEND RACQUET CLUB Please check the draw to confirm which site you will be playing at. We will be using a secondary site, South Bend Racquet Club (abbreviated on the draw as SBRC). The address is as follows:

Practice courts will be available at on Friday night any time after 4:30 PM. Please call the front desk of the Eck Tennis Pavilion at (574) 631-6929 to reserve courts. Reservations are limited to one hour and one court per player. Any additional courts will be on a first come first serve basis. Cost will be $10 per hour for courts on Friday night.
Saturday morning all courts will be available starting at 7:00 AM on a first come first serve basis. First matches begin at 8:00 AM.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection. All seeds will be done by UTR. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 20 Players based on UTR Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: 1 - All seeds will be done by UTR. POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the Round of 16). Quarter-final losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. Semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd and 4th place. Main draw and 3/4 Playoff is best of three tie-break sets. Feed-In matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 64 FIC-R16

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. MONDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.
