START TIMES:
Start times will be posted by 6 PM on Wednesday, December 11. Please look on the USTA tournament homepage and hit the "Future Match Info Report' icon under Tournament Reports. Your first match time is the time listed under your name. The time listed to the right under your city and state, is the second match time whether you win (w) or lose (l). Two sites will be used for this tournament: North Shore Elite (NSHOR) 5750 North Glen Park Road, Glendale 53209 and River Glen Elite (RGLEN) 2001 West Good Hope Road, Glendale 53209. These clubs are 5 minutes from one another. Please check in at the tournament desk 15 minutes prior to your first match. Any questions, please contact tournament director Jon Calvillo (414-305-0944).
*** Please double check which club you will be competing at on Friday. All matches on Saturday will be played at North Shore Elite.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, December 6, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
