Medical Release Form
The Medical Release Form is required by USTA/TN prior to playing matches with a parent or guardian signature. Players should arrive at the Adams Tennis Complex (ATC) before their first match and report directly to the registration desk to check-in and drop off their form. Blank forms will be available at the desk if you forget. A link to the form can be found below by clicking "more info."

Match and Scoring Format
For
B & G 12’s – 18’s ALL main draw AND
consolation singles matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with a match tiebreak
(first to 10, win by two) in lieu of a third set. All doubles matches will
consist of one 8-game pro-set.
For B & G 10 divisions (green & orange) all matches will be NO-AD
scoring. All main draw and consolation singles matches will be short sets to 4
games, with a set tiebreak (first to 7, win by two) at 4 games all, and a set
tiebreak in lieu of a third set. All doubles matches will consist of one 6-game
set with a set tiebreak played at 6 games all.

Sites and Warm Up Courts -
The Primary Site for play is the Adams Tennis Complex (ATC), 925 Golf Lane, Murfreesboro TN, 37129
Practice Courts: All the outdoor courts at the ATC will be available for practice on a first come first serve basis up until 15 minutes before play begins each day. Once play begins practice courts on site will only be available if the schedule of play permits.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 11, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
