Pleasant Valley October Jr. Open Level 4

FORMAT: Boys & Girls 12-18 will play 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring with a 10 pt. match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.

LOCATION: Matches may be played indoors or outdoors at Pleasant Valley Tennis & Fitness Club depending on weather and overall size of the tournament.

START TIMES: Available online at the tournament's home on Wednesday, October 16th some time after 6:00 pm. Matches will start as early as 6:00 pm on Friday, October 18th and as early as 8:00am Saturday October 19th again depending on the size of the draws.

CONTACT POLICY
We cannot contact you unless you provide us with your telephone number(s) and e-mail address. Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously the home phone number and email address were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you do not provide an email address and telephone number(s) when you register for this tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

USTA/MIDWEST SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM
The USTA Midwest Section Competition Committee adopted the following Suspension Point System: ALL players will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each tournament committee involved approves multiple entries in writing. Any player who receives ten (10) or more suspension points during a continuous 12-month period shall be suspended from competing in any USTA-sanctioned event held within the USTA/Midwest Section for eight (8) consecutive weeks.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 14, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
