MAIN SITE is South Bend Racquet Club, 4122 Hickory Rd., Mishawaka, IN 46545. SECOND SITE: Eck Pavilion on Notre Dame Campus will be used the first day of play. Both sites are within 5 minutes drive. NOTRE DAME COURTS NOW OPEN FRIDAY 7:00 AM.....PRACTICE COURTS at SBRC will be available.......Each Morning 7:00-8:00 AM for no charge (walk on basis only)..........Thursday night courts are available UNTIL 8:00 PM by reservation at the regular court rate - call 574-277-1000...........Friday morning Notre Dame courts will be open at 7:00 am-9:30 am for those not playing doubles...........Rest of the tournament, warm up courts can be rented at Lakeland Tennis Academy, 1912 S. 3rd, Niles MI 49120 by texting Melissa Brown 734-756-7329 (Lakeland is 20 min straight north of South Bend Racquet Club.)

First match times will be posted December 22 by 12 noon. DRAWS will be visible Wednesday 6:00 pm

Doubles carries with it National Level 4 points...PLEASE REGISTER YOUR PARTNER WHEN YOU ENTER THE TOURNAMENT. Check the player listing. If you are not listed with your partners name, you are NOT confirmed with a partner. Those entering doubles WITHOUT indicating a partner will be paired randomly ON DECEMBER 21. Notify the tournament director before 12 noon, December 21 by email if you wish to play doubles but did not enter with the singles deadline.

FRIDAY: 1st round of doubles at 8:00 am followed by 1st & 2nd round of singles main and 1st round of consolation... 2nd round of doubles may follow....SATURDAY: 2nd/3rd round of doubles at 8:00 am followed by 2nd & 3rd round of consolation and round of 16 main quarterfinals. 4th round of doubles may follow aprox 5:30 pm...SUNDAY: Semi-Finals of doubles followed by semi finals of main, Finals, playoff for 3rd/and 3 consolation rounds. Doubles final may follow or be played Monday 8 am depending on participants... MONDAY: Doubles final and Consolation semi's and finals.at 8:00 am or 9:30 am. Times are subject to change depending on how doubles lines up.

This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 20 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
All 16 seeds are done using UTR.

SINGLES: Feed-in consolation draw (through the round of 16). All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 64 FIC-R16. DOUBLES: Doubles is limited to 32 draw and is single elimination using an 8 game pro set with 10 pt tiebreak at 8-8.
