DOUBLES DOUBLES
We encourage everyone to play doubles. We will accept doubles entries until Wednesday, Sept. 18th @ 9:00am The online registration will be closed but you can call or email us. If you want to play doubles, but do not have a partner, we can pair you up with someone else looking for a partner.

MATCH STARTING TIMES
Play begins Friday, September 20th at 8:00 a.m. Doubles will begin Friday, September 20th after 4:00pm.

DRAW TYPE
This tournament is an L6. The draw is a First Match Losers Consolation with no Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries will be accepted until Monday, Sept.16th @ 9:00am. There will be a $5 late fee charged to your entry. Please call or email us for a late entry.

TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN
You can go directly to your match site on Friday. Players can pick up their player packets during the day on Friday at Tonaquint Park.

DRAWS
The singles draws will be posted Wednesday, September 18th and the doubles will be posted Thursday or Friday morning. Doubles doesn't start until Friday evening. This tournament is a FMLC draw (First Match Loser Consolation).

SCORING
The scoring will be best 2-of-3 tie-break sets
in all events EXCEPT B10s and G10s will play best of 3 short sets, no-ad, with a 7-point tie-breaker in lieu
of the 3rd set. All doubles will play 8-game pro sets with a 10 point
tie-breaker at 8-8, and there will be Consolation in doubles. When applicable a round robin will be scored first by player win loss record, if still a tie then the least number of sets lost, if still a tie the least number of games lost.

WITHDRAWING PLAYERS
A withdrawing player shall immediately notify
the Tournament Committee or Referee by telephone or email that the player will not be playing. If a player is withdrawing because of an injury or illness, he or she shall deliver
written verification of the injury or illness from a medical
professional to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the
tournament. If the player is not playing because of a personal
emergency, the player shall deliver a written decision of the situation to
the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. The

SUNDAY PLAY
Sunday play is required in this tournament. If
you are not able to play on Sunday (finals), please do not enter the
tournament if you think you could make it to the finals. There will be
no rescheduling of matches.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be given to player who withdraw after the draw is posted. They will only be given for sickness or an emergency. Weather refunds will only be given if the tournament has not started and we don't play any matches.

10's matches will be best of 3 short sets, no-ad, with a 7-point
tiebreak played in lieu of the 3rd set. We are unable to take match
time avoidance requests beyond the first day of the tournament.
Avoidance requests must be made with the Tournament Director prior
to the draws being made. RESCHEDULING POLICY - Finals may NOT be
rescheduled! There will be NO RESCHEDULING of matches except in
extreme circumstances beyond the control of the players and then
only with prior approval of the Tournament Director. Players
rescheduling without permission will be DEFAULTED! All costs of
rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. Players are
under NO obligation to reschedule when asked by an opponent.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, September 11, 2019 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
