IMPORTANT: Doubles information

PLEASE NOTE: Doubles times have NOT been posted intentionally. The doubles draws are not very big and we will play as many doubles as we can on Friday evening after players are finished with their singles matches for the day. We will NOT exceed match limits for the day so how many doubles matches that we play on Friday will depend on the players' availability and how many matches they have played on Friday. Any doubles matches not played on Friday will be played on Saturday as soon as players and courts become available. NOTE :GIRLS 14'S DOUBLES WILL PLAY ON SATURDAY AFTER SINGLES PLAY SINCE THEY DON'T START SINGLES UNTIL SATURDAY. Thank you for your cooperation. Simon

Start Times

Matches for all out of town players will not begin before 10:00a.m on Friday in an effort to let families drive in on Friday morning if that helps save an extra hotel night. There will be a few matches that will start at 9:00a.m but only involve players from the Wichita area. Please check the draws closely for your start time and report 15-30 minutes before your scheduled match time. Some consolation matches will be played indoors as the goal is to get the tournament completed by Saturday evening. We are looking forward to seeing everyone here in Wichita this Friday and Saturday. Please be aware that it is supposed to be VERY hot here this weekend with temperatures in the mid 90's. Please make sure that the players hydrate BEFORE and during the tournament. Thank you. Simon
