PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 32 Players based on UTR with 100% reliable UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - All 8 seeds based on UTR with 100% reliable UTR

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the Quarterfinals). All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 32 FICQ

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 3 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 10, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
