The Draw will be posted at 12pm EST Friday, January 25th. PLAYERS - Please double check you start time with the draw posted to make sure you have the correct start time and location. Additionally, there were multiple withdrawals of players including seeded players recently. These withdrawals have caused changes to the original draw created. All players with changes to their start times have been notified. All changes to the draw followed the USTA protocol through the tournament referee.

Due to low entries in the draw, many players may only play one match on Saturday. Due to low entries we have decided to start matches at 8:30am each day instead of 8am. Start times will be available by 8pm EST Tuesday Night. You may call for warm up courts beginning 12pm EST WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23rd. Please no phone calls earlier than that time.


Warm up courts will be available at Maple YMCA and Portage YMCA for $10 per 1/2 hour. Court fees are due at reservation time and no refunds will be given. Warm up courts may be reserved starting Wednesday January 23rd at 12pm EST. Warm up courts will be available Friday evening. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday warm up courts may be booked between 7am until first matches at 8:30am and can be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes. There will be 1 Warm up court AT MAPLE SITE available on Saturday only between 10:30-2pm that can be booked for 1/2 hour increment for players with first matches starting later in the day.


Warm up courts at KCollege will be first come/first serve between 12-12:30pm on Saturday Only. We do not have access to the KCollege facility until 12pm, please do not arrive earlier than that time for warm up courts. We ask that players share the 4 courts at this location with a minimum of 4 players per court based on the amount of players looking to utilize KCollege. There is no fee for the 1/2 hour warm up courts at KCollege and there are no reservations accepted for this time period.


Additional warm up courts may be available at West Hills throughout the tournament by calling 269-387-0410. Court fees at West Hills may be different from those offered at host location Maple YMCA and Portage YMCA.

This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 20 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
All 16 seeds are done using UTR.

Feed-in consolation draw (through the Round of 16). Quarter-final losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. Semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd and 4th place. All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 64 FIC-R16
