UPDATE: Impact of Sunday's weather
Although we received a few inches of snow, we will play the tournament today as planned.
I surveyed a number of parents this morning, and they all felt comfortable driving to Sunset today.

B14 DIVISION ADDED: WEEKEND OF MARCH 1-3
Due to the overflow of players the weekend of February 22-24, I am adding the B14 division to the tournament for the weekend of March 1-3.

GENERAL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Although the exact tournament schedule will depend on the number of players, in general the schedule will be:
* Friday, 5-11 pm
* Saturday, 3-11 pm
* Sunday, 6-10 pm
12U and 14U players will not be scheduled to start later than 8 pm.

Notes
WE'VE SEPARATED THE GIRLS AND BOYS DIVISIONS, SO HOPEFULLY
THERE WILL BE ROOM FOR EVERYONE! (The boys will play on February
22-24.)
However, draws will be limited to 24 players, and the total number
of players will be limited to about 60, so please register early to
guarantee your spot.

We will be utilizing all available court time, and need your help
in staying on schedule.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your match and check in at the
tournament desk. When your match is called, be prepared to go
directly to the court. (Fill your water jug, visit the restroom and
get your court shoes on and tied BEFORE your match is
called.)
After your match, both players should gather all three balls and
immediately return to the tournament desk to report your
scores.

FORMAT: 5 minute warmup, regular (ad) scoring, best 2 of 3
sets, with a 10 point tie-breaker for the 3rd set, if
necessary.
This is a Level 5 event featuring full matches and a regular draw.
Players have the opportunity to earn Level 5 MV points.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
