This tournament was originally scheduled for October 4th. The boys have been moved to the weekend of November 8th and the girls have been moved to the weekend of December 13th. Due to limited courts, this tournament has been limited to Heart of America and draws of 16. Do not wait until the last minute to enter.

PLAYING TO COMPLETION
Regulation 27: Playing to Completion. To play to completion means to play all the player's matches in a tournament including main draw, mandatory FIC, mandatory consolation and mandatory place play-offs. A player will not be awarded any points for the tournament and will be charged with 5 suspension points if the player does not play to completion for any reason other than:
-Retirement from a match because of injury, illness or personal circumstance
-Inability to play because of injury, illness or personal circumstance when the player's problem become apparent before the match or during the warm-up.
Failure to complete a match because of a conflict or not to miss school is not considered a valid personal circumstance. Instead, players should not register for a tournament unless able to play entire event.
"No Shows" will also be charged with 5 Suspension Points.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 4, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
