It was a tough day yesterday for a tournament to say the least; but, I wanted to be sure to take the time today to say a big thank you to the Walton Life Fitness Center and Lisa Frank, the Deer family, Valley Harvest Ministry, the University of Arkansas, Andy Jackson, Page Hardin, Jennifer Edwards, Jenny Mathews, and several others for being so flexible and willing to help in a pinch. Tough times bring the community together and I just wanted to say THANK YOU

Boys and Girls 10's and Boys 12's - Fayetteville Athletic Club (FAC)
Boys 14's, 16's, and 18's and Girls 12's, 14's, 16's, and 18's - Memorial Park (MP)
Kingsdale Tennis Center (KTC) will be used for boys 16's and 18's Sunday morning.
Walton Life Fitness Center (WLFC) could be used for indoor play in case of delays on Friday.

The USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of the tournament registration. Please download and bring this form completed with you if possible. This will make player check-in move much faster. Please do not fax. We will keep the doubles entries open until Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 PM.
If you know who your partner is before the website deadline (Sunday night), then please go ahead and sign up with your partner on the tournament website.
If you sign up after the website deadline, then email chipstearns@hotmail.com with you and your partner's name and what division you are playing.
Any players who are left without a partner after the doubles deadline will be placed with together through a random draw. If there is an odd number of players needing a partner, one player will be left without one.

All Southern Level 3's start with doubles only on Friday night. We will begin at either 5:00 or 5:30 PM at all sites for doubles.
Singles will not begin until Saturday morning.

We will NOT be able to accommodate for ACT test times. Please do not ask for a time exemption for the ACT. There is no way to run a level 3 tournament without utilizing the time frame that is taken by the ACT. Thanks in advance.
