DOUBLES SIGN-UPS
ON LINE ONLY with confirmed partner. BOTH players must indicate partner. Players will NOT be paired up.

DOUBLES START TIMES
DOUBLES Start times on Friday are a 4pm start. SOME singles matches MAY
be played at 4pm on Friday. Singles matches on Friday only will be
regular scoring for 2 sets and a match tie-break for the 3rd set.

SINGLES AND DOUBLES SELECTION
Players who get selected for doubles and NOT singles and DO NOT wish to
just play doubles must email the Tournament Director at time of entry.
If a player(s) DOES NOT notify the Tournament Director of their intent,
it is assumed the player(s) will play doubles.

LATE ENTRIES
THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRIES OR DOUBLES CHANGES MADE AFTER CLOSE.

SATURDAY SCHEDULE
NO MATCHES ON SATURDAY WILL BEGIN BEFORE 11AM. SCHEDULE OF PLAY IS AS
FOLLOWS: R16 SINGLES, 1ST ROUND CONSOLATION, QF SINGLES, 2ND ROUND
CONSOLATION, AND QF AND SF OF DOUBLES COMPLETE THE DAY.

Practice Courts
Limited practice courts are available before matches each day. $36/hr or $20/.5hr.

1. Wilson Xtra Duty US Open balls will be used. 2. 8 game
Pro-Set for Doubles. 3. NO electronic devices may be used on or in
court vicinity-cell phones, CD players, etc. 4. Draw size is 32 for
singles and 16 for doubles.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, November 6, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
