**Pullen Park - PULL. 520 Ashe Ave. Parking may be difficult at Pullen. Plan to arrive early. Difficulty parking is not an excuse to be late.
**North Hills Club - NHC. 4824 Yadkin Dr. We will be using the hard courts at the back of the club. Check in directly at the hard courts.
**Millbrook Tennis Center - MBK. 1905 Spring Forest Rd. The courts are located at the back of the park.

Notes
Withdraws
Withdraws of any kind must must be submitted via email to
paul@rrctennis.com. Please state the players name, age division,
and reason for withdraw.
PLAYING FORMAT AND SCORING
32 players will be selected for each event (see selection process
headline) and then be split into two Draws of 16 players using the
Waterfall System for selection (see Waterfall Headline), with a
Full Feed in Consolation through the Quarters and 3/4 playoff. The
best two out of three sets with a ten point tiebreak in lieu of a
third set will be played for all Boys and Girls' 12s, 14s, 16s,
and18s matches.
10U DIVISIONThe 10U division will be Green Level 1 within
the new Youth Progression system parameters. Boys and Girls 10's
will play on the 78 foot court using GREEN Low Compression Balls
and up to 29" racquet. The required scoring format for 10's singles
matches , shall be the best of two short sets-ad scoring(first to 4
and win by two), with a set tiebreak( first to seven and win by
two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak(first to seven and win
by two) in lieu of the third set.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT LATE ENTRIES - PLEASE REGISTER ON
TIME
ANY PLAYER WHO ENTERS LATE WILL BE PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
ALTERNATES LIST IF THE EVENT IS FULL. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS
RULE AND AFFECTS ALL PLAYERS REGARDLESS OF THEIR SOUTHERN
STANDING.
SELECTION PROCESS & SEEDING
USTA Southern will provide selection list. Players will be selected
directly from the USTA Southern Standing list in the age division
in which they apply. Players will no longer be considered for
selection based on their lower age division standings.
Seeding:
Seeding shall follow the USTA Southern Section seeding regulations
and will be provided by Southern with the selection list.
WATERFALL SYSTEM FOR SPLITTING COMPETITORS
The players will be ordered using current standings and players
from the younger age group that met the seeding requirements put in
their place. The 32 players will be split as follows: Red 1,4,5,
8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21,24,25,28,29,32 Blue 2,3,
6,7,10,11,14,15,18,19,22,23,26,27,30,31
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
The USTA Southern Section requires a signed release covering all
entrants in USTA Southern Section events. The release must be
signed by the entrant and parent or guardian of any entrant who is
a minor. more info

Please be aware that this tournament is a 10U Youth Tennis
Progression event. This means that in order to play in the 10U
division offered you must be in the corresponding level. If you are
not able to register for 10U singles that means you are not
