Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites NW Expressway, this location is 4.5 miles from the Tennis Center is only 7 years old and is just freshly remodeled. Rates are $89.00 per night for a 2 Queen bed studio or 1 King bed studio or $99.00 per night for a 2 Queen Suite or 1 King Suite all includes breakfast.
Marriott Springhill Suites this location is 5.6 miles from the Tennis Center and was remodeled last year. This location has free airport shuttle, complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius, is surrounded by multiple restaurants and offers breakfast in the morning. Rates are $104.00 per night for a King Suite or 2 Queen Bedroom Suite.

Doubles
In order to play doubles, a player must register for doubles (player is not eligible for doubles if they only signed up for singles) by the deadline, Tuesday at NOON. Once the deadline and selections have been made, the Competitors list will be published. Players (who have registered for doubles) can then email the TD who their partner is. All other players without partners would be place in a a blind draw. The deadline to email the TD is Wednesday at NOON.

WITHDRAWS AND REFUNDS
Before the Entry Deadline: Needs to be done through the online registration process. Click on the "Withdraw" link in the Edit Registration box to the left to complete. Your credit card will not be charged. Click on the "Locate Confirmation No" link if you have misplaced the confirmation number. There will be no refunds after the deadline.

NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS TOURNAMENT.

Scoring
Scoring for singles is two out of three sets with a 10 point match tiebreak played in lieu of the 3rd set, regular scoring. Doubles is an 8 game pro set with a 10 point tiebreak played at 8 games all, regular scoring.

This is a LEVEL 5 event.

ELIGIBILITY CHAMPS- Oklahoma champ level players are eligible for this tournament. Players outside the district (within the MV section) that has a UTR the same or greater than the #50 MV player or the last player at the 50% mark of the Oklahoma standings list may play this tournament.
