TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
-Check in is outdoors at the IU Outdoor Varsity Courts located at 1833 North
Fee Lane. Please arrive at least 15 min early. Once a player checks in, they
are to stay near the desk and be ready to go on at any point.
-Parents the draws are posted so you can check your child's first match time.
Please note times other than the first match time are subject to change, so
make sure your child checks in at the tournament desk after each match to
receive their next match time.
-Parents
please note that this tournament will be run without an official. We will have
adequate tournament staff assisting with registration and court monitoring for
the tournament.
-We will take doubles sign-ups on site until Friday at 2 pm. Doubles draws will
be completed and posted on Friday evening.
- Practice courts are available indoors free of charge. All players must check
in at the front desk for a court assignment. Parents must also be present to
supervise their children under the age of 16 during all practice
sessions.
- All matches will be played outdoors unless it rains or if there is a back-up
with the scheduled matches for the day.
- We also ask that you view the below video before the tournament begins. It is one of our favorites that we share with parents before our competitive junior events.

DOUBLES DRAWS POSTED/SATURDAY CHALLENGE
Parents the doubles draws are posted. We had to
combine some division so if you do not see your child in the division you
registered for check the next age up. The divisions we combined were G12s and G14s, G18s and G16s, and B14s and B16s. Thank you all for a great day of tennis.
Check in with us tomorrow about our challenge of the day. It will take place
tomorrow from 10-12 pm indoors using our PlaySight court.

This is Southern Indiana's premiere Junior Tennis Tournament.
The 28th annual IU Junior Open follows one of our most successful
years.
The 10 and Under divisions will use the Green Dot Ball and play on
the 78ft court.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 26, 2019 2:00:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
