WITHDRAWS AND REFUNDS:
Must be done before the Entry Deadline: Needs to be done through the online registration process. Click on the "Withdraw" link in the Edit Registration box to the left to complete. Your credit card will not be charged. Click on the "Locate Confirmation No" link if you have misplaced the confirmation number. There will be no refunds after the deadline.

Match Format: Regular( ad scoring)
Singles Main Draw: Best of 3 6-game sets with Match Tie Break played in lieu of a third set.
Singles Consolation: Best of 3 Short Sets with a 7 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set.
Doubles: 8-game pro set

ELIGIBILITY CHAMPS
Oklahoma champ level players are eligible for this tournament. Players outside the district (within the MV section) that has a UTR the same or greater than the #50 MV player or the last player at the 50% mark of the Oklahoma standings list may play this tournament. Challenger level players who have not obtained the necessary 375 points are not eligible for this tournament. Please visit www.usta.com for 2019 USTA Oklahoma Rules and Regulations. Seeding will be completed off the players UTR.

NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED- LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS TOURNAMENT. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO REGISTER. THE DEADLINE IS THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE WEEKEND OF THE TOURNAMENT AT NOON! Online registration is required and needs to be COMPLETED before the entry deadline. DOUBLES REGISTRATION
In order to play doubles, player must register for doubles (Player is not eligible for doubles if they only signed up for singles) by the deadline, Tuesday at NOON. Once the deadline and selections have been made, the Player and Competitor list will be published. Players (who registered for doubles) can then email the TD who their doubles partner is. All other players without a partner would be placed in a blind draw. The deadline to email the TD is Tuesday at NOON.
