Only CHTC members can enter in this event all others will lose their entry fee and not get to play in it, but thank you for your donation.

Tournament Start time
Tournament starts at 1 pm

Format
Compass Draws with 8 game pro set as a match set in both the men's and women's . We will play a 4 game pro set in the mixed division as a match set.

Food and Beverages
We will have beer and non-alcohol drinks during the tournament, we will also have some sandwiches for all the participants.

In case of a rain out
In case of a rain out we will hold the tournament on Sunday the 18th
|
|
Restrictions on number of events a member can participate in
You can only play in one men's or women's event and one mixed event. All men's and women's events will be played at the same time followed by all the mixed events. All men's and women's events will start at 1 pm and when they are finished we will begin the mixed events.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 12, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
