Notes

As the draws for this Level 5 are smaller than in years past and due to the price increase for hotel rooms in the Idaho Falls area on Friday and Saturday during tourist season, the tournament will be played Thursday and Friday.
Singles are best two out of three sets, regular scoring. The doubles will be best two out of three sets with a match tie-break in lieu of the third set, regular scoring.
