Tournament Site: Saint Mary's College of California (1928 St. Mary's Road, Moraga, CA 94575). When entering the facility please do not stop at the guard gate. Simply make a right hand turn and follow the street down to the tennis courts where you'll find parking nearby. Please be respectful of others and the facility.
Maximum Entries: Approximately 120
Tournament Format: Single elimination for singles and doubles with a 3rd/4th playoff match for singles only if you lose in the semis.
Match Formats. Singles. The singles main draw matches are 2 out 3 sets, with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set (add scoring). The 3rd/4th singles playoff match is an 8 game pro-set win by 2 games (add scoring). Doubles. All doubles matches are an 8 game pro-set win by 2 games (add scoring).
Match time changes or inclement weather: Any match time changes will either be communicated via e-mail, here on the tournament page, or in person depending on the situation. Weather updates will always be posted here if rain, wind, or poor air quality is in the forecast.
Late Entries: Late entries are accepted if there is space available. Please e-mail tournamentinquiries@gmail.com by MONDAY NIGHT ONLY, with your player's name and USTA number, and what event(s) you'd like to enter. A method of payment will be set up via e-mail.
How to withdraw: Please e-mail tournamentinquiries@gmail.com ASAP for any reason if you need to withdraw. If you need to withdraw for the next day, please let me know by 6pm the day before via e-mail.

Checking In: Please check in 15 minutes before your first match which may singles or doubles.
Unique tournament issues: Parking is free on the weekends unless there is an event. The main place to get food is at the Moraga Shopping Center. Purchasing food on campus is limited but may be available on Saturday.
Dress Code: Non-marking tennis shoes are required.
Amenities: Free snacks will be available.
Practice courts: Courts are always available before 8am on tournament days, however are not guaranteed during the tournament. You have the option of going to Miramonte High School in Orinda or Campolindo High School in Moraga to find additional practice courts.

Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Place Awards for Singles - 1st, 2nd Place Awards for Doubles
Final Note: No pets are allowed at any site. Also any player/parent/coach/spectator who exhibits behavior which is emotionally, verbally, or physically abusive, to any of the tournament staff, players, or spectators, shall be grounds for point, game, or match penalties, immediate removal, or potential tournament disqualification.
