MATCH AND DRAW FORMATS
All doubles matches will play an 8-game pro set with a 7-point tiebreak at 7-7, no-ad scoring.
All doubles draws are single elimination.
All singles matches will play best 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10--point tiebreak in lieu of a full 3rd.
All singles draws are first-match loser consolation.
5 minute warm-up will be enforced throughout the weekend.
All 18-14 divisions will use yellow ball. All 12 and under divisions will use green ball.
All players should be prepared to play outdoors. Certain rounds of play will be played indoors and will be determined at the discretion of tournament staff.

PARKING
Due to the close proximity of the Baseline Tennis Center to 4 major athletic venues, parking may be at event rates (up to $10.00/car) with no in/out privileges. Metered parking is available behind the building at $1.25/hr (quarters only) as available. Please consider carpooling, walking a longer distance, etc. to minimize the impact of these events. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

BTC Tournament Refund Policy
Refunds for tournament entry fees are offered as follows: * Prior to entries closing, players must withdraw electronically through the Tennis Link system. * After the close of entries through the business day prior to the beginning of a tournament, Baseline Tennis Center will refund entry fees for a medical/family emergency reason only. A $10 processing fee will be assessed to each refund per event. (This is based on the event fee, and does not include the $3 Internet registration fee.) * No refunds are offered for withdrawals after the close of the business day prior to the beginning of a tournament through the close of the event (i.e. 5pm Thursday for a tournament that begins Friday).

COURT SHOES ONLY- NO BLACK SOLES OR MARKING SHOES ALLOWED.
No gum and or candy on the courts.

SEEDING - The Computerized List Method will be used for seeding (FAC Comment II.A-4), based on the current standings/ranking list.

***SCHEDULE OF PLAY***
Please do not contact tournament staff regarding scheduling requests for the weekend. To comply with USTA policies, we are required to accept all timely entrants into an event and to complete the event within the dates listed. In the rare case of extremely large draw sizes and a finite number of days to complete the event, we may be forced to schedule Friday daytime play. When Friday match times are necessary, we do all we can to avoid work and school conflicts to ensure an excellent tournament experience, but tournament staff cannot accommodate scheduling requests.

DRAWS LARGER THAN 32 PLAYERS
If you are having trouble finding a player in the draw once draws are posted, please check the view of the draw. In the case of draws larger than 32 players, you may have to select the 33-64 player draw to find the scheduled match time.

IMPORTANT - LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENTS All 10's events will be non-elimination format and take place on the same day. All 12's events for boys and girls within a Level 5 will be played with the green dot ball on a 78ft court. Selections will be based on the most current standings/rankings list after entries close.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, August 18, 2019 9:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
