Notes
UPDATE AS OF 1/1 at 3:30 PM: The draws are now posted so
please check for your match dates and times. Some of the back draw
matches may not need to be played due to the outcome of the front
draw matches, but we have still posted the times (please check with
the Tournament Director for questions regarding this). Some of the
back draws have consecutive rounds (e.g., the semi-finals and
finals) listed for the same time. In the event that the earlier
round is played, then the subsequent round will be moved to another
day/time. For the B12s, in the event that some of the back draws
quarter-finals need to be played at 1:30 PM on Thursday, this will
move the back draw semi-finals to Friday at 10:45 AM, and this
would then move the back draw finals to Friday at 1:30 PM. For the
G10U Green Dot, in the event that the back draw semi-final needs to
be played at 3:00 PM on Friday, then the back draw finals will move
to 6:00 PM on Friday. If you have any questions, please contact
Steve Haas at 630-660-1943. Thank you, and we look forward to
seeing you at the tournament!
The 11 and up age divisions will begin play on the 3rd and
continue on the 4th. The 10&Under Green Dot age
divisions will begin play on the 4th and continue on the 5th.
Matches will begin as early as 8:00 am and play throughout the
entire day. Players may have as many as three matches per day.
Although we will try to have as many matches as possible played on
the first day of the tournament, based on how many players are
signed up for the different divisions, there may be multiple
matches played on the second day (for both front draws and back
draws).
We encourage you to use the new Communication
Center feature. As this event is Tournament Director Selection
Process, you will be given this option once we process player
registrations immediately after entries close. For information on
how to select this feature visit TennisLink:

Meredith Pollack will be acting as referee.
This tournament will run during the day as many players are on
winter break.
Draws may be limited so that the events finish in 2 days.
Players are selected using the most current Midwest Standing List.
FMLC (players are guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches), backdraw may
not be played to completion.
***********************************************************************
Please arrive early for your scheduled match time, as if we have
a court available and both players ready to compete, we can put you
on.
Please read through this homepage before signing up for the
tournament as many questions are addressed here.
GET SIGNED UP/WHY WAIT?:
Please do not "wait" for other players to sign up. This is
something that circles back and then few people sign up until the
last minute. If you are free and want to play...sign up. Other
"waiting" people will see names and then sign up too and
Tah-Dah...we have a nice draw with healthy competition for
all!

USTA CONTACT INFORMATION:
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy Laws,
your contact information from USTA membership does not show up in
the Tournament Director's software anymore. Only what you indicate
during the registration process shows up. We have no way of
contacting you if you leave those fields blank when signing up.
This means, for example, if your opponent withdraws at the last
minute due to injury, illness, or a family emergency you might make
a trip to the tournament and not need to if we had a way of
reaching you. You must indicate all phone numbers, home and cell (a
MUST), email addresses and more for each USTA tournament
registration, EACH and EVERY time, for each and every tournament
you enter, even if you have played a tournament with Naperville
before.
