TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN & MATCH LOCATIONS
Check in 30 minutes prior to your match time at your match site. Please have your completed medical release form at time of check in. Boys and Girls 10s orange and green singles matches will be played at Camden Country Club (CCC). Boys and Girls 12s-18s singles matches will be played at the Tennis Center of Camden (TCC). All doubles matches (10s-18s) will be played at the Tennis Center of Camden (TCC).

DOUBLES SCHEDULE & SCORING
No tennis matches are scheduled for Friday. Doubles matches won't begin before 4:30pm Saturday. All doubles matches will be at the Tennis Center of Camden (TCC). All doubles matches in the 10s-18s divisions will be one 6-game set with a 7-pt tiebreak at 6-6 and no-ad scoring.

PLAYER'S LUNCH - SATURDAY
Free lunch for the players is being provided by Pizza for Pyros and Out The Box food trucks from 11:30am-2:00pm Saturday at the Tennis Center of Camden! All spectators and guests are invited to purchase their delicious food while enjoying the great tennis!

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player prior to their first match. Please download, complete, and bring signed form to expedite player check-in. 10 & Under Youth Progression Eligibility Please be aware this tournament has two 10 & Under Youth Progression divisions. ORANGE BALL DIVISION AND GREEN BALL DIVISION. This means that in order to play in a 10 & Under division, you must be eligible for that corresponding level. If you are not able to register for a 10 & Under singles event, that means you are not eligible for that level. To find out more information call PJ Fulmer at (803) 781-2574.

Tournament/Match Check In BRING YOUR MEDICAL FORM TO CHECK-IN Please check-in for the tournament 30 min. early. Tournament check-in will be available beginning Friday at 3:30 p.m. Please check into your site of play. If you are not scheduled to play Friday, the check-in is not mandatory, only check in at least 30 min. prior to your first match.

Tournament Questions Direct all tournament questions to the Tournament Director, Tournament Organizer, or the Referee.

Seeding Criteria The most current USTA Southern Standing List will be used for seeding purposes.

Boys and Girls 10's Orange Ball Divsions Boy's and Girl's ORANGE BALL divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 1). If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS. Doubles will be a 6 game pro set Using NO AD scoring

Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2). A 7 point tiebreak is played if players reach 4 all. If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS. Doubles will be a 6 game pro set using NO AD scoring

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, March 17, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
