LEVEL 7 TOURNAMENT - Selections will be based on the most current standings/rankings list. ALTERNATE LIST - COMPETITORS LIST - EMAILS If you find your name on the alternate list, it means one of three things: 1. You did not have enough points to qualify for the tournament based on the age group you selected. 2. In the case of a Level 7, you had too many points. 3. You may have been the only player in that age group, therefore it is not being held. - Being placed as an "Alternate" means you did not qualify for the tournament based on one of the above points. - If you do not qualify for the tournament and are not selected, you WILL BE notified via the email address you provided when you registered for the tournament and your credit card WILL NOT be charged. - If you do qualify for the tournament, you WILL NOT be notified and must check the draw for start times. You will also be listed under "Competitors", mea

COMBINING AGE GROUPS - Level 7’s and 8’s – PLEASE READ – Effective 2-6-2016 - The primary goal of a Level 7 and Level 8 event is to allow as much participation as possible. In order to help accomplish this – starting February 6, 2016 - each tournament director reserves the right (the option) to combine adjacent age groups (For Level 7’s – moving 16s up to 18s and 14’s up to 16’s – For Level 8’s – moving 12’s up to 14’s and 16’s up to 18’s – genders would remain the same) in order to get to minimum entrant numbers for an event to take place (normally 3-4 players). As this mimics high school tennis (students from 7th-12th grade are eligible to play each other), this not only provides a chance for more kids to play but prepares them for similar situations. This will take place only if entry numbers are low in a particular age group. We appreciate your understanding in advance. USTA Northern Junio
