LATE FEES: A $10.00 late fee will be assessed to anyone allowed
to enter the tournament after the draws have closed. This includes
the $3.50 fee that would have been assessed during on-line
registration.
SITES: This is an outdoor tournament. The indoor courts at Choice
Health & Fitness will only be used in the event of inclement
weather. Inclement weather may require us to cancel some matches,
beginning with consolation rounds.

WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather, announcements will be
posted on this site.
FORMAT:
10U Singles: Non-elimination format.
All other singles: . First match loser consolation (all players
will have a minimum of 2 matches). If we have a low number of
entrants we may use a round robin format.
Doubles: Single Elimination (all players will have a minimum of 1
matches) Events with a low number of entrants may use a round robin
format or the entrants may be moved up to the next age
division.
SCORING: All matches (singles and doubles) will be 2 out of 3 sets
using regular scoring and a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the
3rd set.
START TIMES: We intend to begin play on Friday at 10:00 am. The
start time and the order of play will be determined by the number
of players in each division as well as the overall number of
participants in the tournament. This information will not be
available until the entry deadline has passed and we've begun
working on the tournament draws.
CHECK-IN: Participants may check-in at the site of your first match
and with the site supervisor prior to each of your matches. Players
will receive a tournament gift (shirt, towel, or other item)
PARENTS, SPECTATORS AND GUESTS: Must check-in at the customer
service desk each time you enter the building. Guest fees are
required for anyone who will be exercising at Choice Health &
Fitness (track, gymnasium, pool, weight rooms, etc,) Guest fees can
be purchased at the customer service desk.
UPON: COMPLETION OF A MATCH: The winner is responsible for
returning all of the balls to the tournament desk and reporting the
score. Players are responsible for verifying their next match
time.
HOSPITALITY: Food is intended for the players. Parents and family
members may have additional food, if available. China Garden
Restaurant will cater food on Saturday at Choice Health &
Fitness from 12:00 - 3:00 pm or while supplies last. Please try to
work this opportunity for lunch into your match schedule.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food is not permitted beyond the customer
service desk at Choice Health & Fitness. Beverages must be in a
covered container. Water is the only beverage permitted on the
tennis courts.
PARKING: Overnight parking or camping is not permitted
on-site.

LEVEL 6's: This tournament is open, meaning no points are required and there is no draw limit. All players that register will be selected. Seeding will be based on the most current standings/rankings list after entries close.
This tournament has a two-event limit. Players can choose to play either 1 singles event and 1 doubles event, or they can play 1 gender doubles event and 1 mixed doubles event.
