All special requests for playing times must be submitted in writing before, the draw is made, by mail(2105 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, Ms, 39564), by e-mail, or by fax.

ALL PLAYERS SHOULD CHECK IN AT TOCC BEFORE THEIR FIRST MATCH. THEREAFTER YOU SHOULD REPORT STRAIGHT TO THE SITE FOR EACH MATCH. WE WILL BE USING FOUR SITES AND MAPS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT TREASURE OAK. THE SITE DESIGNATIONS ON THE DRAW SHEET ARE :

DOUBLES-you must play in the same division as you play in singles! You must email
tocctourdir@cableone.net your partner before 8:00AM Tuesday,December 10 if you did not sign up online.After theDoubles deadline has passed,all those that have signed up without a partner will be randomly placed with others who do not have a partner. In case of an odd number, we will pick partners by random draw.The odd player will not play! Once partnered you are expected to play!
USTA Southern requires players to play the same age division in both singles and doubles.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 9, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
