Registration Deadline for this tournament will be 65 applicants. If we reach this number of applicants before the registration closing date, the online entries will shut down. This means we may take as many as a total of 130 entrants in both singles and doubles. We use this number of applicants is to ensure that we do not overbook the tournament. This does not mean that we will not be taking more players into the draws. Our goal is to fit as many players into the draws as our courts can hold. If you are unable to sign up online due to the site being closed, it is very important that you email the director as soon as possible if you wish to play. If you are wanting to play doubles, the player MUST sign up online with a partner. BOTH players MUST sign up online with the use of each other’s usta #’s to confirm yourselves as a doubles team. If a player signs up but the partner did not sign up via the online registration, that player will be put on the wait list for doubles until a team is confirmed. If a team is confirmed after the deadline, that team will be added if space is available based on the overall court usage.
Another reminder: If you are unable to sign up online because the site has been closed, it is very important to email the director immediately if you are wanting to play this event.

Friday matches will start at 8am, Please be prepared to play at this time.

SINGLES: 2 out of 3 set, 3rd set is a 10 point tiebreaker.
DOUBLES: 8 game pro - set; tiebreaker at 8 all.


ALL MATCHES WILL BE REGULAR SCORING; This means with Ad's
