ENTRY DEADLINE
The deadline to sign up for this event will be the posted date and time. The top 32 ranked players based on the 12 month rolling standings will be taken into the draws.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the entries have closed online, all sign ups will be locked. Once the online entries have closed, you may not change divisions. Make sure you sign up for the correct division.
Adding players after the online deadline closed will be up to the tournament director's discretion. If you plan on playing doubles with a partner, both players will NEED to sign up with each other's USTA #'s online. Players who do not confirm each other online as doubles partners online will be paired randomly. If you do not qualify for singles but qualify to play doubles, the players MUST email the director after the deadline ends to be put into the doubles draw. Players who fail to qualify for singles will NOT be selected for doubles.
Players will have until the online deadline to confirm online or via email the director doubles pairings. Both players emails must be received and confirmed by the entry date.

Doubles; 8 Games Pro - Set, Regular Scoring; Tiebreaker at 8 All.

CHECKING IN FOR MATCHES
Please be ON SIGHT prepared to check in for your matches 15 minutes prior to your match time. Also, please check in no later than 3 minutes prior to your match time to avoid a time penalty. The time violation code will be strictly enforced.
0:01 - 5 minutes = 1 game and lost of toss
5:01 - 10 minutes = 2 game and loss of toss
10:01 - 15 minutes = 3 games and loss of toss
15:01 = Default

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 7, 2019 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
