Players and their parents are required to be permanent residents of Florida in order to be eligible for this level tournament. Paperwork (as per the link) proving the parents and player are permanent residents must be RECEIVED in the USTA Florida office and APPROVED three weeks from the start date of the Level 3, 4, or 5 tournament, Players wishing to check their approval can check the Tentative Ranking list published approximately 16 days before the start of the tournament or check with the USTA Florida office: brown@ustaflorida.com. more info

This tournament is using UTR to seed the players in each age division. The UTR rating is updated daily so the seeds are based on the UTR posted Thursday, October 3rd. USTA Florida is using UTR as a tool to seed the Level 3, 4, & 5 tournaments for the rest of 2019. This was started with the Level 3 Bobby Curtis in June 2018. The findings so far are anywhere from 88 to 91% accurate a seeded player will be in the final rounds of the tournament. Directions to Lake Cane Tennis Center from Turnpike: Take exit 259 to I-4 East. From I-4, take exit 78 (Conroy Rd.) and head West. Go about 2 miles to Turkey Lake Road and make a left. We are the first driveway on the right (Shadow Bay Park).

Refunding of Entry Fee: There are no refunds after the deadline for any level tournament.
Players wishing to withdraw before the deadline must go back to the registration site.
