This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 44 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament
2 - 20 Players based on UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - All seeds done by UTR

Feed-in consolation draw (through the Round of 16). Quarter-final losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. Semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd and 4th place. Main draw and 3/4 Playoff is best of three tie-break sets. Feed-In matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 64 FIC-R16

Players times will be available on line shortly after the Midwest Office Staff finishes selection, seeds and the draw.


*********************Limited WARM-UP COURTS will be utilized at the following schedule (4 players per court possible to accommodate all):********
***All players whose first match is scheduled from 8:00 am thru 9:30 am will be offered a 25 minute warm-up from 7:00 am Indianapolis time until 7:25 am.
***All players whose first match is scheduled at 10:00 am thru 12:30 pm on Saturday Indianapolis time will be offered a 25 minute warm-up from 7:30 am until 7:55 am.
*** There MAY be an EXTREMELY small number of practice court that may be reserved in person at the tournament desk later than 8:00 am.
***PRACTICE COURTS ARE NO COST TO PLAYERS.

Limited hotel rooms are due to a 30,000 to 40,000 person convention Nov 1-3 of the Future Farmers of America organization at the downtown Indianapolis Convention Center.
FAA reserves room blocks years in advance but may not fill all of them and they could open more rooms nearer the start of tournament play on Indy's North side near the Playing site.

SATURDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 1 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles. MONDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles.

The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

**IRC Indoor Tournaments with a Friday start may begin as early as 5:30 pm.
********IRC Indoor Tournaments with a Saturday start may begin as early as 8:00am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
IRC indoor sites (Dean and East) will open at 7:00am for warm up courts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Main playing site for all tournament play is the Indianapolis Racquet Club - Dean Rd.location. at 8249 Dean Road; Indianapolis Indiana 46240 on Indy's northeast side on 86th St(becomes 82nd street just west of Allisonville Road) inside the circular I-465 between the exits for Allisonville Road and Keystone Ave. Other possible practice/playing site courts at the Indianapolis Racquet Club East at 4901 N. Shadeland Ave Indianapolis IN 46226; 10-20 minutes (depending on traffic) from the Main site at the Dean Road Club.

Dunlop Grand Prix tennis balls will be used in all matches at IRC tournaments.

The Indianapolis Racquet Club at Dean Road has a top national pro shop and tournament coupons for competitors will be provided during the tournament days of play plus the day following the tournament.
