Notes

HPS Level 5. One singles and/or 1 one doubles only. NO 2 SINGLES OR 2 DOUBLES. Entry fee of $65 must accompany entry form. Entry forms can be found at: wailukujuniortennisclub.com. NO ONLINE OR PHONE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Make checks payable to WJTC. Time considerations will NOT be honored. ALL MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED IN CENTRAL MAUI. Matches begin on Friday 8:00 AM. Boys' and Girls' 10 singles will use the Green Dot ball with modified scoring. BG 10 doubles will be SE. BG 10's will use the green dot ball with modified scoring. All Boys and Girls 12's events will play No-Ad with a 10 point match tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set throughout. Boys' and girls' 14-18 will play No-Ad with a match tiebreak through the semifinals. Player's dinner will be at Wells Park on Friday, 11/29 at 5:30 PM. Mail entry forms and fees to:
