Late entries that are being accepted will be charged an additional $10 to the player's entry fee. Please include name, usta number, shirt size, and age group in all late entries. Welcome!
This is an advanced-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 3 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. In the
future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth
Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth
Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or new to Youth Progression will
play on a 60’ court with orange balls and receive GA Level 4 points.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged. Southern
and then Georgia rankings will be used for seeding.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
Limited
draw of 16 for singles. Limited draw of 8 for doubles. Consolation Singles -
FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may
not finish. Doubles - Single Elimination. Scoring format for BG12-18 - Singles:
Main Draw & Consolation - 2 sets with 3rd set match tie-break Doubles:
8-game pro-sets. BG10 Singles will be 2 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a
7-point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set and no-ad scoring. BG10 Doubles is a
no-ad scoring, 6-game pro-set. T-shirts to all participants. Trophies to main draw finalists and consolation winners.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
Before the
deadline, withdrawal through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the
tournament director. No refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline.
Note: the $3 TennisLink fee is non-refundable.
