Matches with "CTC" after the Match Day and Time on the drawsheet will be played at Cherokee Tennis Center.
On Saturday the B12U Green Dot, G12U Green Dot, B10U Green Dot, B10U Orange and G10U Orange events will play at Hobgood Park.

Draws and Schedules are up. All 10U events will play short set No-Ad scoring with a 7 point match tie-break for the 3rd set. 12U - 18U events will play regular scoring with a 10 point match tie-break for 3rd set

We will be playing in hot conditions this weekend. The temperatures will be in the low 90's. We will play during the afternoon. Players are reminded to prepare for the conditions. Hydrate before matches, bring plenty of water/sports drinks to your match. Bring cooling towels and/or misting bottles for changeovers

Welcome!
This is an entry-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia
as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed online. In
the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression (for
children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,

to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more

New for 2019
USTA Georgia is publishing two separate standing lists for
10 and under players: Orange Ball standings and Green Ball standings. Players will receive same level points
for this tournament but will be listed in separate standing lists according to
their ball color (green ball players no longer
receive level 3 points on a level 4 or 5 tournament).
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday. It is your responsibility
to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any
other updates.
Format
All players will
be placed in two matches with the FIC Quarter Finals consolation match format.
Main Draw and Consolation match scoring for BG12-18 is 2 sets with a 3rd set
match tiebreak. Singles scoring format for BG10s will be 2 out of 3 short sets
(sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set (both Main and
Consolation draws.
Players placing
in 1st and 2nd in the main draw will receive a trophy. Players placing 3rd and
4th in the main draw will receive a medal. There are no awards for consolation
draws. All players will receive a t-shirt.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director. No refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline.
