There is NO need to get an umpire. Juniors receive a mandatory 3-minute rest period after the second set when a match-tiebreak is played in lieu of the third set. Coaching is permitted, but the player must stay on the court. After the 3-minute rest period, no further coaching is allowed. If needed, a bathroom break can be taken after the 3-minute rest period. If a player takes a bathroom break during the 3-minute rest period, the player waives the right to further coaching. Players who are NOT eligible (eligibility rules are listed below) to play in the division registered will be moved "UP" by the tournament . If you do not want to risk the chance of being moved "UP", then please do not enter .

NOTE:::Ineligible entries will automatically be moved to the next older age group.

... This is a the perfect opportunity for players outside the top 100(BG 12-18) and top 50(BG10) in Georgia to earn Level 3 points.
2... It is a new version of the Futures.
3... This is a GA Level 3 tournament with singles and doubles.
4... ELIGIBILITY: Eligible players must have a Georgia standing at the time of of the selection process outside the top 100 for BG 12-18 and top 50 for BG10. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY, THEN YOU WILL BE MOVED "UP".
5... Singles draw is 32 limit. Doubles draw is 16 limit
6... BG 12's will use regular tennis balls.

REMEMBER:::To be eligible for this tournament, players must be outside the top 100 (top 50 for 10's) as of the latest GTA Standing List.. Also, doubles must be in the same age group as singles.
SELECTION PROCESS:::: Beginning February 1, 2017, the singles and doubles results for each player earned in a division for the previous 12-month period shall be counted as results in the next-older division at 20%. As such, younger players playing "up" will no longer be considered for selection based on their lower age division standings. And, as usual, Georgia Standings will be used for selection. REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to another tournament offered by the above-named organization. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
WITHDRAWALS:
Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line.
After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

Per 2015 GTA regulations, late entries can be accepted at the tournament's discretion as long as the posted seeding is not affected. There will be an additional $10 fee. .
