All draw sizes are limited to 16 players. In the event more than 16 participants register for one draw, the top 16 players by USTA Midwest and/or District Ranking for that draw will be selected for play.

Notes
ENTERING THE YMCA:
It is required that all parties that enter the YMCA facilities
check in and present photo identification. Photo identification is
required of anyone 16 years of age or older. YOU WILL NOT BE
ABLE TO ENTER OUR FACILITIES WITHOUT ID. Please use our main
entrance to enter the facilities. In the event you are scheduled
for a match that occurs outside of our operating business hours,
you will use the entrance closes to our tennis area at Maple Y, and
the entrance in between the outdoor clay courts and the indoor
facility at the Portage Y. There will be directions posted on the
main entrance doors to guide you to that entrance before/after
business hours only.
ORDER OF PLAY: Matches can begin as early as Friday evening
at 6:30pm. Saturday matches will begin at 9am, and Sunday matches
will begin at 9am.
LOCATIONS AND ADDRESSES: The tournament will be played at
the Maple YMCA (1001 W. Maple Street, Kalamazoo MI 49008), and at
the Portage YMCA (2900 W Centre Ave, Portage, MI, 49024).
Abbreviations on the card and Draw are: MAPLY for the Maple Street
YMCA, and PORTY for the Portage YMCA.
START TIMES: Start times will be available on Wednesday by
1pm.

and location. Your start time is listed directly below your
name.
HOW TO READ YOUR START TIME:
Your first match is listed in the link labeled "Match Schedule
info-Future Match info (First Match Time Information".
Names are listed in alphabetical order. Your name is listed with
your first match day, time, site location directly below your
name.
HOW TO READ YOUR SECOND ROUND WIN/LOSS TIME:
Your second round win/loss times are listed under Future match
info-Second round times win/loss ….". Your first match time is
included in this document as well. Your name is listed in
alphabetical order. Directly below your name is your first match
start time. To the right of the event you registered in is two
times listed in brackets. The first time listed with the W: is your
second round time IF you win your first match. The second
time listed with the L: is your second round time IF you
lose your first match.
CHECK THE DRAW POSTED ON FRIDAY MORNING TO CONFIRM YOUR FIRST
ROUND MATCH TIME AND LOCATION!
YOUR SECOND ROUND WIN OR LOSS TIME Your second match time is
listed in the "( )" to the right of your name depending on if you
win your first match or lose your first match. Your second match
time is tentative as the draws have possible "byes". Please arrive
on site 15 minutes prior to your scheduled match time. All USTA
rules will apply. Your start time is listed under "important info"
"Future match times." It is your responsibility to arrive on
time.
Draws Tournament Draws will be posted online on Friday
morning by 9am EST.
Player Selection/Refunds Player selections will be done at
9am on Tuesday, October 15th. No refunds will be given after player
selection is completed.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 14, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
