Weather Updated 7:00 A.M. Saturdy: ONE HOUR DELAY
Although it has not rained for several hours, there has been no drying action and the courts are still soaking wet. We need the relative humidity to drop before we can expect them to dry. Therefore there is a ONE HOUR delay from the times posted on the draw.

WEATHER AND COURT CONDITIONS FRIDAY 9:15 P.M.
We just checked all courts at the GGC Tennis Center. It's not raining or sprinkling but there is a light mist. All courts are completely wet at this time. WE BELIEVE THAT OUR 9:00 A.M. START TIME MYABE IN JEOPARDY. Our erstwhile referee will check the courts again at 6:30 A.M. We will post another note here no later than 7:00 A.M. about any delays that may be necessary.
PLEASE CHECK HERE FIRST BEFORE CALLING US. It is so very difficult to evaluate the courts, check atmospheric conditions, make a decision about the start time and then put that next message here by 7:00 A.M. if our phones are constantly ringing.
THANK YOU. NEXT WEATHER & COURTS UPDATE AT OR BEFORE 7:00 A.M. SATURDAY.

PLAYER CHECK IN PROCEDURE
Players are requested to check in at the TOURNAMENT DESK (located outside on the front porch) at least fifteen minutes prior to the published match time for every match in which they play. BEFORE YOUR FIRST MATCH go inside the front door and immediately on your right is the facility control desk. Turn your medical release form in there and we'll give a T-Shirt. After doing that report to the TOURNAMENT DESK and check in. CHECK IN HAPPENS ONLY AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK OUTSIDE ON THE PORCH. Turning in the Medical Release Form takes care of the boring administrative stuff BUT DOES NOT CHECK YOU IN FOR YOUR MATCH.

WITHDRAWALS
If you need to withdraw once the tournament starts PLEASE CONTACT THE TOURNAMENT REFEREE DIRECTLY either by phone or via a text message. The Tournament Referee's phone is 404-797-2104. If withdrawing other than in person we will need a confirming email for our records. Thanks.
