The courts are good for doubles starting at all sites.

I posted the times right at 7:00 p.m. tonight. Tomorrow we are going to play 1 round of doubles in the morning followed by 3 rounds of singles. We will try to play the finals if we can and maybe additional doubles. The format will be no-ad scoring for all events. 6-game set for doubles and short sets to 4 by 2 in singles. I will update this site at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning to let you know if courts are playable.

The doubles times for tonight are now posted. Be advised that we are following adult league matches so hopefully they will finish by our start time. We are only playing the 1st round of doubles tonight. Singles times for Sunday will be posted at 7:00 p.m. tonight. We are also using the indoor courts at the Manor (MANOR) tonight. At the Manor, we are playing the Girls 10s, Girl's 12s, and Boys 16s. All other doubles age groups will be played at Lifetime. The address for the Manor is 15951 Manor Club Drive, Milton, GA. Make sure you enter on the Hopewell Road Entrance. All age groups are playing one 6-game set, no-ad scoring.

Well, we made a rookie tournament error today and forgot to hide the draw while working on it. Hence, no times are official until we post at 2 p.m. : ) No match will start before 5 p.m.

I think it's safe to say that no matches will start before 2:00 p.m. I will update you again at 12:30 p.m. By then I will probably have an indoor schedule for doubles to start after 2 p.m. If you are in a hotel close to Lifetime, I would recommend going to Peachtree Corners Town Center for dining. The address is 5200 Town Center Blvd, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. Plenty of great restaurants!!

It's raining and courts are wet. No match will start before 12 p.m. I will update you again at 10:30 a.m. If no singles today, we will start some doubles indoor at Lifetime after 12 p.m.

I rescheduled the first round of doubles for Saturday morning. The singles time will stay the same for now. I will update this website at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. If it is wet in the morning with no chance of drying, we will make a plan to play some doubles inside starting probably around 5 p.m. Members are using the indoor courts before that.

It rained right around 5 p.m. and the courts are soaked. We are cancelled for the night. You can still check in at Lifetime and Hudlow tonight. We have a great long sleeved dri fit game time tshirt. We will be at Hudlow and Lifetime until 7:00 p.m . I will give you another tournament update at 8:00 p.m. tonight about our plan for tomorrow.

Just realized I missed my 2:00 p.m. update by 10 minutes.. The courts are dry so all matches are on as scheduled. I will update you again if there are any changes.

Draws with match times will be posted at 500 p.m. on Thursday, Nov 21. Please check the draw each round to confirm your site location and match time. Check in to your site at least a half hour before your scheduled match time (bring your signed Medical Release form...see below to print off a copy).

Doubles for this event will start on Friday evening. There will be no singles on Friday evening. Just 1 or 2 rounds of doubles. We will have check in for the tournament at each site prior to your doubles match. If you are not playing doubles, you can check in on Friday or on Saturday morning. PLEASE NOTE THAT SINGLES AND DOUBLES AGE GROUPS MUST BE THE SAME.

Singles Seeds will be made and before draws are split on Wednesday, November 20 using the Waterfall system. The players' list will be split into two groups of 16 and posted at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20. First match times and draws will be posted at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21.


WATERFALL PROCESS FOR SPLITTING COMPETITORS
Thirty-two (32) players will be selected for each event (see selection process headline) and then be split into two Draws of 16 players using the Waterfall System for selection. If a draw has 23 players or less, then a single 32-draw will be played with feed-in through the quarterfinals. Seeding will be made prior to the players being split. The 32 players will be split as follows.
Red Draw: 1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21,24,25,28,29,32
Blue Draw: 2,3,6,7,10,11,14,15,18,19,22,23,26,27,30,31

Seeding will be based on the latest Southern Standing list.

THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD SO PLEASE DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT!!

Friday: 2 rounds of doubles; Saturday: 1 round of doubles followed by 2 rounds of singles; Sunday: 1 round of doubles followed by 2 rounds of singles.

REGISTERING FOR TWO DIVISONS: Players are allowed to enter two divisions with these guidelines: (1) Players selected to both age divisions they apply for will automatically be selected to the older age division. They will be removed from the other age division. (2) Players not selected to either division would remain on the alternate’s lists for both divisions but would be obligated to play the division they first get in, from the alt. list. They will be removed from the Alternate list in the other division. (3) Players selected to one age division will be removed from the alternates list of the other division. (4) Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made.

ON SITE ALTERNATES: "On Site" Alternates must register at their age group's tournament site. You can inform the Tournament Referee on Friday night or before that you plan to be an On-Site Alternate. Please make sure we have accurate contact information for you to be reached during the weekend. On-Site Alternates will be selected in the order of the Alternates List. On Site Alternates should be on-site when their age and gender check in for play 30 minutes prior to the first match in the first round.

Players registered or not registered for the singles tournament can register for doubles. But please note that the selection for doubles is in the following order: 1. Teams with both players entered in the singles. 2. Teams with one player entered in singles and one alternate. 3. Teams with one player entered in singles and one player not registered for singles. 4. Teams with both players not registered for singles.

•12-18 SINGLES MAIN DRAW & CONSOLATION SINGLES = 2 sets with a third set match tiebreak. 12-18 Doubles will use an 6-game proset with a set tiebreak at 6-all.
•10 & under Scoring. For singles, scoring shall be the best of two short sets (first to four (4) and win by two), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) for the third set. Doubles matches for 10 and under tournament play shall consist of a regular six (6) game set, with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two) at 6-6.

All matches will be played outdoor on hard courts.

There are no refunds issued after the entry deadline. In the event of inclement weather and no matches are played, you will receive a full credit towards a One Love Tennis GA Level 4 tournament. Additionally if you only get to play 1 match due to inclement weather, you will receive a partial credit towards a future GA Level 4 One Love Tennis tournament.

For this tournament, the trainer will be at Hudlow Tennis Center.

There will be a stringer available at each tournament site either on site or on call.

Practice courts will be available on Friday before doubles which start at 5:00 p.m. at all tennis Center. Practice courts will also be available from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday at all sites.
