Draws with match times are posted. All matches will be played at Buford City Park. Directions are given below. The MAP link provided by the website is not accurate. It indicates that Buford City Park is at the southeast end of Sawnee Avenue, but Buford City Park is located on Sawnee Avenue on the northwest side of the high school. PLEASE CHECK THIS WEBSITE REGULARLY FOR UPDATES.

This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed online. In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament identification number: 703418319 from the searchable schedule homepage.

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls.

New for 2019
USTA Georgia is publishing two separate standing lists for 10 and under players: Orange Ball standings and Green Ball standings. Players will receive same level points for this tournament but will be listed in separate standing lists according to their ball color (green ball players no longer receive level 3 points on a level 4 or 5 tournament).

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and your credit card is charged.

Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any other updates.

Format
GEORGIA LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. Feed-in Consolation (through QF). Draw limit 16. Scoring Format: BG12-18 2 sets with a 3rd set match tie-break, BG10u 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a 7-point tie-break for the 3rd set. T-shirt for all entrants.
TROPHIES: Main Draw: Champion, Finalist. Consolation: Winner and Finalist

Withdrawals and Refund Policy
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If the tournament is cancelled you will recieve a $25 credit to a 2018 Buford City Park tournament. If you only play one match, then you will get a $15 credit. To receive the above credit, register for the future tournament before the deadline, via email instead of tennis link. •WITHDRAWALS: Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line. FROM THE NORTH: Take I-985 south to exit 8 (Friendship Road). Turn right onto Friendship Rd. Turn Left onto Buford Hwy (SR 23). When Buford Hwy goes from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, get into right lane and turn right onto Sawnee Ave. The park is on the right, just past Buford High School. FROM THE WEST: Take SR-20 east to Sugar Hill. Turn left onto Peachtree Industrial Rd. Turn right onto South Waterworks. As soon as you cross the railroad tracks get into the left turn lane. Turn left onto Sawnee Ave. The park is on the left, just past the baseball fields. FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-85 north. Exit onto I-985 north. Take exit 4 (Buford) and turn left onto SR-20. Turn right onto South Lee St. Turn Right onto Buford Hwy (SR23). Turn left on Robert Bell Pkwy. Street deadends into Sawnee Ave. Left on Sawnee, right into park.
